The St. Louis Ultrarunners Group (SLUGS) is an organization dedicated to promoting trail and ultrarunning in the central Midwest. We host two trail races:
the Double Chubb 50K/25K in April, the Berryman Trail 50 Mile/Marathon in May, Flatlanders 6 & 12 Hour Endurance Runs Labor Day weekend (which is also a fundraiser for the MDA) and the Spirit of the Osage 20K/50K which is a road race in mid-October. After a challenging but successful inagural year, the Ozark Trail 100 Mile Endurance Run will make its return in late early November. Aslinger Foundation Endurance Weekend featuring 24-12-1 hour options March 19 & 20 in Cape Girardeau, MO. This event will be a new edition to the Eastern Missouri Ultra Series (EMUS).
