The St. Louis Ultrarunners Group (SLUGS) is an organization dedicated to promoting trail and ultrarunning in the central Midwest. We host two trail races:
the Double Chubb 50K/25K in April, the Berryman Trail 50 Mile/Marathon in May, Flatlanders 6 & 12 Hour Endurance Run Labor Day weekend (which is also a fundraiser for the MDA) and the Frankenstein Marathon/Spirit of the Osage 50K which is a road race in late October. You can access information for our races from the menu on the left. You can also contact our race director mailbox with any race related questions.
In addition to our races, we also have training and fun runs nearly every weekend. Upcoming event information is available below, and a full listing of our non-race events see the events page. You can also contact us with any question you may have.
We also have a SLUG Blog where you can find additional photos, race reports and information about the club and its events.
